PowerShell: Windows Store Apps deinstallieren

Ich muss immer wieder mal auf PC’s die vorinstallierten Windows Store Apps deinstallieren oder bereinigen. Deshalb habe ich mal dokumentiert, wie mit Powershell ganz einfach und schnell diese Apps deinstalliert werden können.

• Powershell als Administrator starten
• Mit Get-AppxPackage | Select Name, PackageFullName alle installieren Apps anzeigen
• Die folgenden App werden normalerweise in einem Unternehmen nicht benötigt:
  • Microsoft.People – Kontakte
  • *xboxapp* – alle Xbox Apps
  • Microsoft.Advertising* – Microsoft Advertising bzw. Bing Ads
  • Microsoft.BingWeather – Bing Wetter
  • Microsoft.Zune* – Zune Video und Music
  • Microsoft.Getstarted – Erste Schritte
  • Microsoft.MicrosoftOfficeHub – My Office
  • Microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps – Mail und Kalender
  • Microsoft.MicrosoftSolitaireCollection – Solitaire Collection
  • Microsoft.Print3D – Print3D
• Mit Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.People | Remove-AppxPackage z.B. das Kontakte App deinstallieren

Mit folgendem kleinen Script können die meisten nicht benötigten Windows Store Apps deinstalliert werden:

$apps = "Microsoft.People", "*xboxapp*", "Microsoft.BingWeather", "Microsoft.Zune*", "Microsoft.Getstarted", "Microsoft:MicrosoftOfficeHub", "Microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps", "Microsoft.MicrosoftSoitaireCollection", "Microsoft.Print3D", "Microsoft.Advertising*"

Foreach ($app in $apps)
{
Write-host "Deinstallation:" $app
Get-AppxPackage -allusers $app | Remove-AppxPackage
}
